Delivery Information
At glossielocks, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers. We ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail services.
Shipping Options:
- Royal Mail First Class: Delivery within 1–2 working days.
- Royal Mail Second Class: Delivery within 3–5 working days.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over £100. This applies to standard Second Class shipping unless stated otherwise during special promotional offers.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing before dispatch.
Delivery Costs:
- Royal Mail First Class: £4.50
- Royal Mail Second Class: £3.00
Returns Policy

Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used haircare products or hair extensions unless they are faulty.

- Package the items securely and include your original order details.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our team.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
